We discovered, way too deep into a job, that we needed a new direct-injector seal tool that we didn't own yet. Freedom had it in stock, so we ordered it late one evening with overnight shipping. They sent it out early the next day, it arrived as promised the morning after that, and it was exactly what we needed.
